They said, "oh uh none of us know how to do it and the only person who does didn't show up today sorry." Cool. That seems made up. Customer service I go! I explain to the young woman at customer service the situation. I asked if there's anyone else scheduled for today so I can maybe come back and get my order. She's apologetic, understanding, & very sweet about it & asks me to wait for her manager of the store to do it so that I wouldn't have to come back. The "manager" of this place was awful. Lazy might be a better word. She treated the customer service woman like crap (snide comments/attitude toward her) and then proceeded to shoo me off. I asked if anyone else is coming in - she didn't know even though i was told she made the schedule. I asked for a refund - she's like "ya, we can't do that." HA bull. Yes you can. It's Walmart. I asked if she could just push the print button for the photos and she said no. Again. Bull. You're a manager. SO my point is - just avoid this place like the plague if you want a few photos printed - or a refund - or help with something. Hoping she finds a different career path soon.
