Target review Alpine You would think as busy as this store is they might hire some help. Sigh, yet again, shelves empty, no one around. Ghost town except the 2 massive lines to check out. Then again,now that Target is branded racist nobody wants to go. First off, not hiring under the guise of criminal background checks, now they try to use bare minimum letting 2 employees watch whole store. Why is it so hard to have someone find a product listed in stock? Isn't that what you pay them for? Saw a manager disappear into what looked like bathroom, only to be told there wasnt any manager on duty. I guess then it was a random man they allowed anywhere. Any store is better. The ONLY good thing about this Target location is their pharmacy. Other than this, the place is a disaster. Every manager seems to be an eighteen year old who has been "promoted". Have a complaint? Don't bother... they get a name tag for training and that's about it. Corporate office or online help desk is a huge joke. All overseas. read more

I'm not normally a Target person, but I needed a last minute outfit for a wedding a few weeks ago and went there to find a dress. I am not fashion oriented at all, so thank God that a woman at this target (I think her name was Charlie? I don't remember much except that she was a literal fashion goddess) took time out of her day to help me find exactly what I was looking for, down to helping me pick the shade of dress that best matches my complexion. I never expected this kind of one-on-one help outside of a specialty store. It was awesome. I'm so grateful to this woman and will absolutely be returning to target more in the future! read more

Not a bad Target by any means but it's certainly not my go to. I haven't necessarily had a bad experience here but there are other Targets in the area that I like better. One thing that annoys me is that they don't have the self check out. I know that everyone differs on that topic but if you love the self check out, fyi. They do price match at this store with their website. But apparently they have issues scanning in cartwheel twice to use a gift card from the app. Not being able to use a gift card in the app while I was there was irritating but not the end of the world. read more

Typical target as expected. There seemed to be more inventory at this location, things that were not at metro Detroit locations. However, the store was quite disorganized it may have been because it was just after Halloween. There is also a starbucks and small food court at this location. Clean but dated bathrooms. I didn't have much interaction with staff as they seemed to avoid me whenever we crossed paths. Who knows maybe they had places to be, things to organize. Overall not terrible but not the best target in the area read more

Awesome Target location! The staff is doing everything they can to keep the baskets and carts clean - they are sanitizing and cleaning them before they give them to their customers! everyone seems to be keeping a 6 foot distance from each other - very respectful community! read more

I never really shop at target much, but I can say this, the staff here is SO NICE. Girl at customer service desk was smart and extremely friendly. All around the staff was nice and had smiles on their faces. Makes me want to shop at target more just because of the great atmosphere. read more

This is your standard Target store that has a pretty good sized food market within. The store is large enough that I never feel crowded. Usually friendly personnel around to answer questions. I like their selection of small household appliances and sheets and towels. They offer a wide selection in terms of price. Also have a big selection of health and beauty items. Lots of parking right outside the door. Try it out. I think you will enjoy the store. read more

This Target store is not laid out like the normal Target. Right now it is especially a mess because they are moving things around to bring in the fresh produce section of the marketplace area. I have definitely been to much better/nicer Targets. read more

Okay this review is based on everyone's negative reviews, the lady that was there in behalf of another company should not be posting about target she was not a customer, second the guy complaining about not price matching either their own website, well if you had looked at the website you would have know about that before going there in the first place lol besides they match with the biggest competition out there, Amazon! So what if they don't match their own online prices amazon is almost always cheaper! To the guy complaining about the store layout, then go to your normal store how is the layout a reason to give a bad review I thought this was mainly to review service of employees and condition of store, not wether or not the milk is next to the toys jeez. All in all this is a great store! The employees have always been cheerful and helpful in many ways, in fact upon my own price matching experience they were quick to help me out , I even price matched 50$ lower than what they had in store, with zero hassle! So thanks target for being a cut above all the rest! I will be shopping here for many years. :) read more

Target Returns here are AWFUL. I bought items online with my Discover and they would only refund it with store credit. I never shop at Target so it took me FOREVER to use it. I finally spend $100 in store ($55 store credit and $45 on my Discover)... I try to return a $35 lamp and AGAIN they refuse to give me my money back on my Discover even though plenty of the transaction was on my Discover to cover the return. I asked for two different managers and they both refused to override it. Then one three a store credit in my face. I am done with Target. read more

Unhelpful, lazy staff. Went in for a store pick up of something I found online. Turns out they didn't have it when it said they did online.

They refuse to price match with their OWN website prices. Robbery. Blatant robbery. Will not be purchasing anything from this, or any other target store/website. Spoke with customer service both in store and over the phone. Complete refusal to honor advertised prices online. When I went to just purchase item online, it said it was only available in store. Crooks. Don't support this kind of awful business behavior. read more
