We went in, the nice lady assisting us(1 of the owners) asked my daughter what color dress she was looking for. She told her pure white. The lady proceeded to show us many dresses and she tried on about 6. She found THE ONE!! When she took her measurements, she asked her again what color and was told pure white....she wrote ivory on the paperwork and my daughter signed it not noticing the discrepancy. Now, after it's too late to get a new dress(wedding is in May) they tell us they don't even offer pure white dresses at their store and we should've been told immediately when we arrived. Uh!!! We MOST CERTAINLY WERE NOT!! We had a party of 6 there that day and we all heard her very clearly telling the lady she wanted a white dress. So, just be forewarned, they don't pay attention to details nor make sure they are articulating the same information they are writing down. Read every.single.word. before you sign anything there!!!
