It took forever to get but when they finally got here the size marking on them was clearly a women's size 12. When I contacted customer service they refuse to give me a full refund unless I paid full shipping to return. This company is overseas and full shipping would cost me as much as the shoes cost! If it was just because I didn't like the shoes I can understand but they were Miss represented. They finally admitted that this is the largest size they had and yet they put down that it was a size 13 when it's clearly marked differently. They finally stopped responding to me and I am very disappointed. I would definitely not recommend this company. They don't stay behind their items. Even when it was completely their mistake and their issue they still will not own it and are trying to make me finance their error. Do not use this company!
