It took forever to get but when they finally got here the size marking on them was clearly a women's size 12. When I contacted customer service they refuse to give me a full refund unless I paid full shipping to return. This company is overseas and full shipping would cost me as much as the shoes cost! If it was just because I didn't like the shoes I can understand but they were Miss represented. They finally admitted that this is the largest size they had and yet they put down that it was a size 13 when it's clearly marked differently. They finally stopped responding to me and I am very disappointed. I would definitely not recommend this company. They don't stay behind their items. They moved from another location and caused trouble and spread outright lies. This does not bode well for the mall who needs to attract good stores which will attract shoppers. None of the store that are inside the mall have finished flours our actually look like they want to be there or care about attracting customers. I do not know what the management company is thinking but it is dooming this place to fail. Only good things there are Hobby Lobby, Belk, and the Shoe store which thankfully all can be accessed from the outside and do not have to venture inside to be disappointed and visually assaulted. The store is overcrowded with racks, clothes disheveled and employees that won't even acknowledge you when you walk by them or vice versa. The parking lot outside Belk gives you a preview of what's in store. You cannot see the paint lines clearly, the exterior of the building doesn't match the part of the mall that Belk does not own. Now you're probably thinking it's this way because it's Christmas, but it's like this all the time. I'd recommend shopping at the Belk in Winston Salem, because at least down there, you can park in a decent parking lot and move through the store without tripping over a lot of fixtures while seeing a good choice of clothes. Sure, the employees still won't speak to you, but we've all grown accustomed these days to poor customer service e everywhere, right?
