The customer service was great, we were in and out with a beautiful couch loaded into our truck in less than 30 minutes. It is great that they have stock on hand and we could have what we purchased in our new home almost instantly instead of waiting for delivery from online. I would recommend this store to anyone on the hunt for brand new furniture- their selection is remarkable for what they can fit in that building.

I been here several times. Every time I visit, some young friendly girl always waits on me. It's always nice to see a pretty face when you walk in greeting you and willing to help you. They seem like they enjoy working here. My favorite section to visit is the clearance section which is on the right about half way down the aisle. I recently I bought a new Ashley couch here. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock. So, they ordered it. She said it will be in about one week. However, the manager went out of his way and brought it to me within a couple days. Now that's customer service.

I originally ordered my roof shingles and other building materials from Lowe's in Greenville MS. I quickly decided to try Sunflower Lumber Company. I called and ordered everything I needed and they had it delivered to Itta Bena before Lowe's. Lowe's couldn't even tell me the time I could expect the driver to arrive. I had to spend a bit more with Sunflower Lumber Company but the level of service was well worth it. I ended up having to call them back later for more material and again, the customer service was top tier.
