It is great that they have stock on hand and we could have what we purchased in our new home almost instantly instead of waiting for delivery from online. I been here several times. Every time I visit, some young friendly girl always waits on me. It's always nice to see a pretty face when you walk in greeting you and willing to help you. They seem like they enjoy working here. My favorite section to visit is the clearance section which is on the right about half way down the aisle. I recently I bought a new Ashley couch here. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock. So, they ordered it. She said it will be in about one week. However, the manager went out of his way and brought it to me within a couple days. Now that's customer service.
