Don't shop at the Rome ny location I bought a pair of hey dudes Fri the 21st 2024 and the first pair were mismatched the second pair which I didn't know till I got back to camp two hrs away they looked slightly worn and I went there yesterday the 24th and the manager was rude and nasty stating they wouldn't sell anything like this so on so forth and shoved them back in my direction telling me I was beat... so I tell my wife who was shopping lets go I'm not spending my money here and she says as in the manager good I don't want your business get out and her oompa loompa side kick proceeded to laugh and record me because I got mad after the fact of her monthly snarky remarks.. so again don't shop at Rome shoe dept unless you want to be degrated and or get crap mouthy snarky service and stightly worn shoe.... read more
