OK, but not thrilled since it looks bad. I do't wear these boots too often since I have several pairs. i just noticed they also scraped the leather with the stitcher on the same boot. The leather is actually a little thinner now in this spot. The scrape runs parallel to the welt in an area where normal wear would not cause the scrape. In addition, the scrape shows up in a picture I took immediately after the resole. It appears they covered up the scrape with brown polish or another shoe product. They did not mention any of the issues when the boots were picked up by a family member that lives near Peoria. Do not recommend, and I will not use them again.

He warned me that they would not be factory quality because of the fact that they are nude suede and he couldn't use his usual unbinding agents to bring the strap in, but they look fantastic. I wouldn't guess they'd been altered if I didn't know already. Great work, timely completion, and very fair price!
