My husband thought it would be a nice gift idea to get all of us new phones and switch to Verizon. WOW HUGE MISTAKE. Happy mothers day to me and my mom. Gave her new phone today sent her to Verizon in Reidsville NC to activate it and transfer over her contact info/photos. She was working with David Johnson. She left her phone there with him for 3 Hours. Now granted she is an elderly lady in her late 70's had to get a ride from her neighbor to phone place. David told her that there is a 50 fee to activate/transfer her photos, contacts. She left phone there and called me right away. I live in Charlotte and was at work at time when all this was happening. I told her no mom you don't pay anything to activate and transfer ur info. We didn't pay anything at Concord Mills location Quincy just transferred everything over and walked us thur the process. Easy breezy. They just plug in the two phones and port everything over. So she said no David says I gotta pay 50. So I called that Reidsville NC store to speak to a manager. No manager on duty he said. I proceeded to ask for a Dm number. The guy on phone said he didn't have it. But then tells me he can have his manager texs me when he comes in. I told him I need to speak to ur manager right away. I told him the suitation my mom's phones are there getting switched over. She needs her phone up and running the is a elderly lady, heart patient, has had a stroke a few months ago. I actually tracked down the manager info and called him at another store. His name is Monty. He apologized for David behavior and said David should of just activated and transfer everything over at no charge . He said he was gonna to call store. Now it's 3 hours later. Mom gets neighbor to bring her back up there to pick up her phone. Guy at counter told mom here is ur phone. She looked at phone and NOTHING WAS DONE. HE DELETED THE TRANSFER STUFF HE WAS DOING WHEN SHE LEFT STORE TO COME BACK IN 2 HOURS LIKE HE SAID. AND TO COME TO FIND HE NEVER EVEN ACTIVATED HER PHONE. MY MOM LEFT THERE IN TEARS, STRESSED, CONFUSED,SCARED SOMETHING WAS GONNA HAPPEN BECAUSE SHE HAS NO PHONE. She calls me all upset. I had to leave work and head over to the Verizon were we got phones from which is Concord Mills location. QUINCY was extremely patient, helpful. Setup her phone thur talking her thur the process. Getting it activated so incase of emergency she would have a working phone tonight. Now he could not get her contacts and photos transfered over. But thankfully for Quincy being patient with her setting this up. And DAVID JOHNSON YOU ARE A DISCRACE. YOU SHOULD BE FIRED. UR JOB IS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE BOUGHT A PHONE FROM VERIZON YOU SHOULD MADE THIS A NON STRESSFUL ORDEAL.MAKES ME THINK WE SHOUKD NEVER LEFT TMOBILE TO COME TO VERIZON IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT BRAND NEW CUSTOMERS. WOW. I have many illnesses and am usually at this pharmacy at least once a week, sometimes more. The…read morestaff is rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. I came to the pharmacy early this week for 5 prescriptions. I asked the tech to find a prescription sent during October because the dosage had increased. Instead of telling me that they had not received the prescription, the pharmacist filled the script from a previous one that is the wrong dosage. Now, they finally received the prescription for the correct dosage but will not fill it until late November because my insurance had already paid for the incorrect dosage. There was no apology from the pharmacist, no resolution, and no recompense. This is not my first negative review of this pharmacy. If you have the option to go to another pharmacy, please do. Sure, they deliver, but with almost every order I have, something is incorrect. I still end up driving to the pharmacy anyway to have them fix their mistakes. Now, I could understand if I had all 20 prescriptions filled at once, but I never do. I really think that the entire pharmacy staff should take a class on service, sympathy, and communication.

The turnover with excellent staff has increased dramatically. I have always contacted them in a timely fashion taking everything in consideration. The first of the month I know is busy, when the doctor is involved, they blame everything on the doctor when I knew better. But, being lied to is it. I have called to place a future order and I asked to speak to the pharmacist and she told me they were all gone. I heard her counting pills and talking.

For that entire time, I dealt with an…read moreintermittent internet issue that was on their end, but I was the one forced to troubleshoot it. Countless hours on the phone, endless equipment swaps, multiple trips to their store -- all while being treated like the problem instead of the customer. It wasn't until Brightspeed became an option in my area that Spectrum finally sent a technician out and discovered the issue was with their own line to my house. Over a year of me doing the work for them under impossible circumstances, and the root cause was theirs the whole time. Then came the billing mess: double‑charged under both Spectrum and Charter for the same service. That was the final straw, and I switched to Brightspeed. Since then, my billing has been accurate, no surprises, no drama. And yesterday, Brightspeed actually called me to notify me of a problem on their end -- one I hadn't even noticed yet -- just to make sure I'd be home if they needed access. Today, it's already fixed. All companies have problems. I'm fine with that. The difference is in who takes responsibility. Spectrum made me responsible for their issue and made it impossible to fix. Brightspeed took ownership and solved their own problem with only a few minutes of my time.
