So she sent the shoes back, and when the second order came in they had the same defect as my original order. Elizabeth handled that for me as well without any issues at all. I went to the store on 09-13-2019, picked up my third order, and worked with Karen, who was amazing and made my shopping experience a pleasant one. How has it been returned before if she has the item and receipt today? They claimed the manager had her on tape returning the items earlier. All of this is going on while she is standing with the item and receipt. I thought it was odd when they made her get out of line and wait so they could handle her return. Thank goodness an associate that was working with my mom explaining multiple times that you cannot return something that has been returned before if the patron has a receipt. My mom asked the store to call the police so they could review the "so called tape". This never happened of course. This will be reported to Gabe's corporate as harassment.
