When I got there, the manager let me know that unfortunately the corporate customer service number is the same for store locations as it is for customers. Instead of sending me on my way, the manager actually sat with me and waited for corporate customer service to answer the phone and fix the issue with my order. The manager absolutely did not have to do that, but she chose to go above and beyond to help me out. I completely forgot to get her name, but I know she has purple-ish red kind of hair. Anyway, the staff here are awesome and super helpful :)

Loft quickly became one of my favorite clothing stores after I discovered it a couple years back…read more They always have such a fun array of colorful, cute and comfortable clothes that you can easily dress up. They also cater more to a curvy body type instead of a stick person, so it's much more realistic and helps make a shopper feel more normal, haha. Now, the prices here are definitely lofty (punny and meaning not ideal). On a normal I'm most likely not buying clothes I like, but I try to time my visits when sales are going on. Loft can really make up for their higher prices with having awesome sales. In example, I visited a few weeks ago when they had a 40% off your entire purchase deal- how can you argue that steal! I've always had good experiences at this location in Lakeland as well- the workers are super sweet and helpful without hovering. If you can't find quite the right size, they'll also happily order you the correct fit online that you can pick up in the store later or have shipped straight to you! Come at the right time and you can find a whole loft more than you bargained for! ;)

Somebody get them a good cappuccino. We die find the "out of fads" stuff upstairs in the actual old prices. They pretty much move the real affordable stuff upstairs. This is a terrible strategy. You gotta run the store like a "Happy Plug" put the affordable stuff ip front and hide the "big guns" behind. Joke aside, i find it infuriating that every time i visit the Kitchen section its like they don't want to make money. Found the two things i been looking for but just wanted to see how much? No tags on the items no tags on the shelf and no QR or Sku reader in the location. It's insane to expect people to carry an 40-80lb equipment to scan it on the machine in the bedroom section n walk back. Naw i have a rule i practice as a law. If i have to do all the work to figure out the price? They ain't getting my money. Found some Cuban Guallaveras for a ridiculous price tag, worst insult? Made in china also. Like why even sell em at that tag price? Im aware alot of stuff are made in china, but its a bad call to tag em over 25$. That cost macys 1-5$ per shirt. I still gave em a four, the store clerks are friendly and kind, most quality is good the minus star is cuz the prices went way too up. Dillards in the other corner of the mall has better price range n specials. I usually buy my fancy shoes and purses.

Nordstrom Rack is such lovely addition to Lakeside Village!…read more My first thought is that this is a great place to get some really nice gifts and goodies. They have so many name brand & designer goods, for much better prices than in those actual stores. Of course, there are still a lot of prices that are pretty high- clothing for $100 or more, shoes $150 and so on. But again, they'd cost even more shipping directly through those brands so you have to think of trade offs. They have a little bit of everything here too. A huge section of all kinds of clothing, a quarter of the store is aisles and aisles of shoes; there is a big section of designer purses, perfumes, sunglasses, jewelry, hair supplies and toiletries/ skincare stuff. There's a nice men's section that has a shelf of watches, ties, suit pieces and other things. Even a small home goods section. If you have kids there's a section for them too. Definitely a good mix of different stuff, and for a lot of good prices if you're willing to take time to look around!

I was excited to see that Big Lots opening up again! We went to go check it out for Christmas…read morethings and I was shocked to see the handwritten signs and empty shelves. It was nothing like before. Christmas and toys were just one aisle only. Everything was organized differently and looked nothing like the big lots before. It was sad to see but the employees were nice. I don't think this big lots will last too long without the foot traffic needed and especially with the lack of items and varieties. We couldn't find anything at all and we tried to. Sad to see big lots go down like this. Prices were a turn off too as things were priced pretty high.

The fitting room space was kinda small, they had 4 rooms but they didn't have the husband bench like they do in other stores. The lady running the fitting room was giving all her energy and attention to her friends whom were inside the rooms trying stuff on. I did see a lot of the cute clothes from my email inside the store and they had cute outfit ideas on mannequins but their sandal displays need help.
