I feel it should be illegal for privately owned stores to not uphold their posted policies and feel they can treat people any way they want. The Norfolk Premium Outlets is the location and parking is plentiful. The store is closest to the entrance "Potomac Court", so don't go far if you want direct access to just Adidas. Staff was helpful on two recent visits in my quest for the perfect sweat pants. I honestly was less concerned about price and the acted a good fit with drawstrings. Zip up pockets was a bonus. They ended up not having my size, but staff found another in the back. Strong customer service. The store has men's, women's and kids. Really something for the whole family, they even carry shoes. I also browsed quickly and saw the cutest water bottles, accessories and clothing. But the SPF is what got me from jump. The associate behind the register was sweet and friendly and kind. A great experience from start to finish.
