When I asked if I could see it, the employee dramatically sighed and asked which one. I pointed it out, and she grabbed it, put it on the counter, and immediately started walking away. I had to get her attention again to ask what material it was. She responded, "Well, what does the tag say?" I looked at the other side of the tag, which had "gp" scribbled on it. She then said, with an annoyed tone, "Okay, so it's gold plated," as though I had asked some ridiculous question. Then she walked away again. The entire interaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was trying to purchase an item from the store. Instead, I was made to feel like I was bothering her simply by asking a question about something I was considering buying. I was so put off by the interaction that I didn't even want the necklace anymore. Why go out of your way to make a paying customer feel unwelcome for no apparent reason? I won't give my money to a business where the staff can't be bothered to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. If you look at their Google reviews, the staff's attitude is a known issue. They apologize in response to reviews but make no adjustments. It's a shame for a store with such a nice selection and location to have the employees ruin the experience.

While you are waiting, you could have walked the whole store. What they didn't right is the color organization. We ended up not finding anything of her color in her size. And a perk for me, it's super convenient to my hair salon. This store not only sells great quality hair, but here you will find: wigs, shoes for women and young girls, handbags, jewelry, perfume, hair accessories etc. It is never busy when I come here and that's usually during the week around 6 pm. I am not sure of the flow of traffic through here, but the ladies present are always ready to assist when necessary. Sorry I don't have any pictures to post. I am always in and out of this store. But trust, it's worthy of a visit if you love hair!! This store is located in a shopping center area and has ample parking. Other shops nearby: Food Lion, Kmart is across the street and the store is minutes from the Norfolk airport. Have fun and enjoy!
