Everyone.. the front staff, hygienists, surgeons...seem to go above and beyond to make you comfortable and they what they're doing! I have an adult daughter who is petrified of dental work. She is now at peace and confident with Nova. And her adult son doesn't dread dentists anymore. He had a front tooth replaced and you can't even tell which one!! Perfectly matched! The waiting room here is wonderful! There are toys and video games. My daughter wants to go to the dentist just for the waiting room lol. Everything in the office is colorful, nice and clean, and just plain fun! Most of the assistants here are the best with children that I've ever seen! There was one assistant in particular (that I noticed) who seemed to be trying hard to be good with kids but she obviously did not have children of her own so she lacked confidence but nonetheless, she was competent in her job and WAS trying. We saw two different dentists during our visits. They were excellent! Friendly, bright, and comforting for my child! They worked quickly and explained all the tools to my daughter in a way that made them fun and non intimidating. They really made her feel very special for being there! After the children are done with their appointment they get a prize and a sticker and the nurses at the front desk don't mind if the kids want to play in the waiting room for a little bit before they leave. I'll recommend this pediatric dentistry office to anyone.

He looks forward to playing with the toys in the waiting room and riding up and down on the "magic chair." The staff gives him a sense of control by letting him choose which sunglasses to wear (there's a bright light), what color toothbrush, which flavor toothpaste, etc... They always talk to him and explain what they're about to do before doing it. In the end, he gets stickers and prizes! When you enter, the waiting room is more like the living room where you're not allowed to sit on the couch, that or a dental salon or maybe a yoga studio, complete with--I believe--live orchids in the corner. It's an airy, uncluttered space with coffee pods and HGTV, and is definitely a place to relax before your cleaning. For now the coffee table books and kids books have been removed. Marlena, Talia, and Stacy and Dr. Michalski are all professional yet human. Even if you have crowded teeth, flossing isn't bad here--they are super gentle. The dental chairs in each room face large windows, so you still feel relaxed through your cleaning--natural light beats fluorescent light any day. There are TVs you can watch through cleanings/exams if that's your thing. A neat solar array can be seen from these windows! Being COVID-19 era the the staff are in scrubs, masks, and shields, but still friendly. Marlena apologized for the air suction tubes presently over the chairs, but it wasn't so bad or loud. Everyone gets a tooth brush goody bag at the end of their visit, and they'll give you a trial size Sensodyne if that's your paste. Kids get to visit the prize box, the dental standard. My children were up to date on their visits, were seen April of 2025 and had their 6month follow up scheduled for October of 2025 with no missed appointments on their behalf in between; because dad and myself had appointments that we missed due to medical reasons, they canceled our children's visits and never told us. While dad and I did not agree that we should have been barred from rescheduling our visits, we were understanding and did try calling same day for appointments that were never available. We were not made aware that our children would also not be allowed to keep their already scheduled appointments (scheduled in April of 2025) and would not be able to reschedule, so essentially being discharged unofficially, No written documentation was provided to myself, my husband or the children, formally discharging us, no certified mail, no one called or communicated the children's appointments were going to be canceled. The manager Shanice was also incredibly rude when speaking to me about this issue, she interrupted me to speak over me several times and would not hear what I had to say because I mentioned how unfair to the children this was. Mostly I come for cleanings but I have also had a fair amount of dental work performed such as fillings, crowns, etc. My usual doctor is Dr. Fusco though sometimes I see Dr. Ciracia. Both are very nice. They moved into their current office a couple years ago and it's very nice and professional and even includes a fireplace. They also have TVs in the rooms where today I watched Friends while getting my teeth cleaned. I have insurance but for expensive dental work it doesn't cover everything. As near as I can tell the prices are reasonable but I can't honestly say I've shopped around. Honestly I do not like visiting the dentist but these guys are all right. I would recommend them to friends and family.
