This business says on their website that they are family friendly but will discharge children from the practice if the parents miss their own appointments, no matter the reason. My children were up to date on their visits, were seen April of 2025 and had their 6month follow up scheduled for October of 2025 with no missed appointments on their behalf in between; because dad and myself had appointments that we missed due to medical reasons, they canceled our children's visits and never told us. While dad and I did not agree that we should have been barred from rescheduling our visits, we were understanding and did try calling same day for appointments that were never available. We were not made aware that our children would also not be allowed to keep their already scheduled appointments (scheduled in April of 2025) and would not be able to reschedule, so essentially being discharged unofficially, No written documentation was provided to myself, my husband or the children, formally discharging us, no certified mail, no one called or communicated the children's appointments were going to be canceled. The manager Shanice was also incredibly rude when speaking to me about this issue, she interrupted me to speak over me several times and would not hear what I had to say because I mentioned how unfair to the children this was. She was also the one I spoke to about myself and my husband's issue when that arose, she failed to mention the children would be penalized, and failed to mention then that the children's visit were going to be canceled for October. I thought this was extremely unfair and unprofessional of this office and would not recommend to families. read more

Green Meadow is far and away the very worst experience I have ever had with a health care provider. Following a procedure, I was in extreme pain. At no point was the likelihood of pain (beyond that one would reasonably expect following a minor dental procedure) ever discussed. Thus, I called Green Meadows to express my concern regarding the pain and inquire into follow-up treatment. I was assured by the receptionist that the doctor would be consulted and I would receive a prompt return call. Four days went by and the phone call that was promised never happened. I begrudgingly called back the following day and insisted on coming in to be examined. The receptionist didn't even apologize, claiming that I was ''next on her list to call'. Following a two minute examination, the doctor insisted everything was normal, and I would just need to 'deal with the pain'. In complete disbelief regarding both the way I was treated by both the doctor and receptionist, I sought out a second opinion with a REAL dental practice. The doctor quickly informed me that I should have never had the procedure, and that a root canal was the necessary treatment. The bottom line is that this practice is a joke. They have zero concern for the comfort of their patients--their one and only objective is herding enough people through their practice in order to maximize profits. Both the doctor and the receptionist are rude, highly condescending people who have zero concern for patients beyond their wallets. I find it especially ironic that they spam your phone with dozens of 'reminder' texts/phone calls regarding your upcoming appointment, yet can't be bothered to return a phone call to a patient who is in severe pain. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Yes, the hours and location are convenient, but the quality of care is beyond subpar. It's unfortunate that Google does not allow a rating of zero stars. read more

I put off going to the dentist for a while after a bad experience somewhere else, but I'm glad I took the initiative and booked an appointment here. Valerie was so nice over the phone and in person. She's very prompt with returning phone calls, and will actually call you back when you ask to be contacted if there are any sooner appointments. I had such a positive experience with the dental assistant, the hygienist, and the doc. I was a little nervous going in, but they gave me peace of mind and treated me very well. I was in and out in about an hour. Just be sure to arrive 15-20 minutes early to fill out paper work if you're a first time guest. I'll definitely be coming back for my 6 month cleaning, and I'm actually excited and not nervous. read more

I had a fantastic experience with the office. I have struggled with jaw pain and a crack in my tooth In the past due to constant grinding and the night guards that other dentists had built for me was just not working out. Firstly, I was a bit late to the appointment and showed up frazzled and worried that I would have to reschedule. But, the office was more than happy to accommodate me the same day. They were courteous and friendly and made me feel comfortable before the procedure. My toddler was waiting with my husband in the waiting room and had a bunch of toys and books to play with which was a blessing as I was able to go for my appointment without worrying about her. In general the ambiance of the dental office is so different and peaceful from any of the other offices that I have been to. Each dental room has a TV and the patient can pick a movie or show while getting treatment. Another plus for this dental office :) Most importantly, Dr. Mukund and her team really took the time to understand my concerns and why have not been using the night guard in the past. They recommend a newer sleek version of the night guard and took the I got the new night guard within a week and I absolutely love it!! read more

I HAVE FOUND MY NEW DENTIST!! I have tried a few dentists in the past three years and for various reasons I would not go back to any of them. I called Green Meadow Dental and I am so glad that I did. Everyone is extremely friendly and the office is clean and beautiful. But more importantly the dentistry work is excellent. They have state of the art equipment and they are always checking with you to make sure that you are comfortable during the procedure. I am so happy with the outcome of the work that I had done. It's a beautiful office, I'll give it that, and their hours and location really sold me on Green Meadow as a new dental practice for my two sons. However, after regular appointments over the course of a couple years I have concluded that the search for another dental practice must continue. The appointment times are meaningless. I expect to wait a bit but to still be sitting in the lobby 45 minutes after a scheduled appointment is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. If this had only happened one time no big deal, but it consistently happened. Long waits in the lobby and long waits in the exam chair. One time we were there so long that the dentist actually went home and the office wanted me to reschedule my son for an exam on another day. The hygienist (Kristin?) berated my older son for not brushing well enough. I understand that's her job but it was a tad verbally aggressive. The receptionist comes off as rude in her attempt to be down to earth and "chummy." To me it's just unprofessional. It's been almost a year and we have moved on. Amazing staff and compassionate doctor. My son had a visit last week to fill a cavity but his anxiety level was through the roof. Dr. Mukund was patient, calm and encouraging. We ended up making a new appointment to come back but she and the staff were awesome. My son looks forward to the prize bucket after every visit and says they are the best there. read more

The staff is warm and friendly, everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant was kind and engaging. Last year during an emergency, the doctor on call was willing to stay after hours to provide fantastic care and solved a very urgent problem for a shockingly low price. This lead me to trust this establishment. It turns out that this doctor was a fill-in and quit working there shortly after. Our later experience was far less pleasant. Basically, the normal staff is condescending and pushy, and you will get maybe 5 minutes of the doctors time. Then you will be lied to about the costs of their services. The entire experience you get there is one long, deceptive sales pitch. My wife went in for a painful cavity, and even while being examined we were being told how she should purchase a tooth whitening and replace her fillings with something that looked nicer. She only actually spoke with the doctor for about two minutes who gave a diagnosis of 'wait and see if it gets worse '. Presumably so they could charge us another $150 for two minutes of her time. As we were leaving and trying to pay, we were accosted with insistent recommendations of their 'dental savers plan,'. We were told that we could either pay $100 for this visit or $150 and join the plan, which would cover a cleaning and exam every year, so we could come in in the new year for another free cleaning and exam. The receptionist was very clear that it would not cost us anything for this additional service. So we booked an appointment for this ostensibly free exam six months later in 2018. We just walked out of the office after being informed that it did cover another cleaning, but it was at a 'discount ', not free. And to keep this appointment we would have to pay another $99. So if you enjoy being inundated with sales pitches while receiving inpersonal and mediocre dental care for exorbitant prices, check out Green Meadow Dental. If you actually want to see a doctor who gives half a care about your health and well being, look elsewhere. read more

Visiting Green Meadow Dental for the first time was great! I usually tend to be a bit nervous going to any kind of doctors appointment however the staff both at the front desk and in the back were very friendly and reassuring. The dental assistant kept me well informed throughout my procedure which I liked as it made me a little less nervous. There was a little wait between seeing the dental assistant and the doctor but this was not a problem as I was always made aware of what was going on and how much longer the wait would have been instead of being left alone to wonder what was happening. I was offered coffee or a beverage of my choice while I waited which was also nice and isn't something that you see too often in other offices. Overall I would recommend GMD to any friend or family member looking for a great friendly dental office. read more

By far the best dental experience I've had. Went in with severe tooth pain, all the staff were very attentive and caring during my visit. When the doctor and assistant noticed the x-rays were causing me a great deal of pain they stopped and finished the appointment without causing anymore discomfort. Very truthful about what work needs to be done and what the plan will be. First time I've sat in a dentist chair and didn't have an anxiety attack! Actually looking forward to my future appointments. Initially I thought this place was very nice. The dentist is pleasant and kind. I had been to the dentist a year or so earlier and was told I had 1 cavity. When coming here I was informed of double digits. I trusted them and had them fill 6 cavities at once. It was extremely painful. My bite was off and every chew was severe pain- I went back and they grinded the fills down. 2 days later I floss and a filling falls out. I call frantic and am told to wait three days- I say no I will be there tomorrow. Nevermind you it was a front tooth with a large hole. When I went in- I was treated like I was an inconvenience!! After I had been inconvenienced. They tried again to push me off and I wouldn't take no for an answer and had them fill it then and there. After my gum was bloody I left with the tooth hurriedly filled. I have dealt with not being able to chew on my right side for weeks again now because another filling is incorrect. When I tried to go to a different dentist I realized they had maxed out my dental allowance after the initial visit I was told I had $200 dollars. I was charged to fix their mistake!! I had to pay out of pocket to be told I did not have double digit cavities. The location is very nice- the receptionists/schedulers are very pleasant and kind. But I do not trust this place. To have to go back twice after spending over $2000 dollars and treated like that and still in pain is astonishing. BEWARE! read more

Green Meadow dental is a go from me. The look and feel of the practice is modern, clean and spa like. Didn't think it was possible to get a pain free super cleaning experience, but that's just what I got.
