Front desk staff and hygienist are extremely rude and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I'm so happy we were referred to this dentist office!…read moreApparently gummy vitamins are a terrible idea! My four year old had some cavities and they needed to be filled. The waiting room here is wonderful! There are toys and video games. My daughter wants to go to the dentist just for the waiting room lol. Everything in the office is colorful, nice and clean, and just plain fun! Most of the assistants here are the best with children that I've ever seen! There was one assistant in particular (that I noticed) who seemed to be trying hard to be good with kids but she obviously did not have children of her own so she lacked confidence but nonetheless, she was competent in her job and WAS trying. We saw two different dentists during our visits. They were excellent! Friendly, bright, and comforting for my child! They worked quickly and explained all the tools to my daughter in a way that made them fun and non intimidating. They really made her feel very special for being there! After the children are done with their appointment they get a prize and a sticker and the nurses at the front desk don't mind if the kids want to play in the waiting room for a little bit before they leave. I'll recommend this pediatric dentistry office to anyone.

He looks forward to playing with the toys in the waiting room and riding up and down on the "magic chair." The staff gives him a sense of control by letting him choose which sunglasses to wear (there's a bright light), what color toothbrush, which flavor toothpaste, etc... They always talk to him and explain what they're about to do before doing it. In the end, he gets stickers and prizes! The staff and dentist really understand kids and are very gentle and patient with them.

I admit it has taken me some time to write this review. We came to this practice in November after…read morebeing referred for a tongue tie. I drove over an hour for the consultation as we live out of state. The office is very nice and up to date and the front office staff were polite and helpful. However the trouble started after we were taken back for our appointment... The girl who took us back first observed my son taking a bottle. She said "Oh, he doesn't look like he has any trouble at all!" I explained that he does do better with the bottle however we were having trouble nursing and had been having trouble since birth and he was clicking as he nursed (not fully latching). I said we were referred for a tongue tie and possible lip tie too. She also commented on his weight that there likely wasn't a problem because he wasn't "low weight." (My son was a big baby but he was born at 9lbs 2oz and had lost over one pound in the hospital and had slow weight gain after. His pediatrician had expressed concern.) I explained the situation and then she took a look in his mouth. She said she did see a lip tie but not a tongue tie. I told her that he clicks when he nurses and asked her if that was caused from the lip tie... She said no that's usually characteristic of a tongue tie... So I said "but he doesn't have a tongue tie....?" and she said no... I said then why is he clicking when he nurses? Her response was "I don't know." I asked her a few more questions about the condition and my son to which her response was "I don't know or I don't really know what to tell you." Then she gets up and states she is going to go and ask the doctor what he would like to do and she'll be back. When she returns she states that she reviewed the information with the doctor and he would want to do the lip tie if we want it's our decision. Note that she did not take any pictures or anything of his mouth and the doctor has NOT evaluated my child. I asked a few more questions to the assistant who "really couldn't answer them" At this point I was all done. She goes "So do you want to do the lip tie today or not?" And of course my response was NOT! 1. The doctor never came in throughout this entire consult and last time I checked only a doctor can diagnose a condition and formulate a treatment plan. 2. Why would I let a doctor that can't be bothered to come in for the consult laser my child's mouth? 3. If I have questions and you don't know the answer to them the correct response is "Let me get the doctor for you since I don't know the answers to your questions in relation to: this condition, your child's diagnosis and the procedure." NOT "I don't know" I left and I was fuming!!! I took him to another provider who identified 5 ties in my son's mouth. Both lips, TONGUE and buccals. He carefully reviewed my son's history with me, examined my child's mouth, took a mouth camera and showed me the ties on the television screen. We discussed everything in detail (as you should when you're talking about putting a laser in a newborn's mouth) We had it done and my son has nursed like a CHAMP since. 100% difference in nursing experience and I am still nursing him at almost 8 months old. So not only was this a bad experience but it was also misdiagnosed here as a doctor never evaluated my son. We will never be back.

To top it off the actual dentist breezed in never telling me his name and took all but 2mins to look at my teeth and proceed to tell me I needed a fill in for a tiny cavity! I think they wanted insurance money, I'm a teeth freak and no way was I getting work done there! Lucky I called a dentist right in the same plaza and made my appointment with them! Don't go here don't even entertain the idea of going through this hellish experience. Oh did I forget to mention days after my mouth was still sore and my teeth were so fragile! It was worst then a punch to the mouth that you might deserve but this horrible experience I would never wish on anyone.
