In order to use the gym I had to sign a waiver and i understand why. The group workout class was so humid, not only was it uncomfortable, the floor was slick. Apparently it's been like that for weeks and the y does not intend to fix the problem. Seems like a nice facility, but for group workouts, I recommend Refinery!

I get that cleared up and then Katie was a no show again. she tells me that my lesson was two days prior and that I missed it! I did not receive a call from anyone saying I missed it. After, Katie was a no show again I called and asked for a refund and she said I could only get a refund for 2 lessons even though I paid for 4 lessons. Indian Acres used to be a great place to send your kids to camp and the had a great reputation for as a swim team. The staff used to be so friendly and accommodating but now its mismanaged, and their are only high school kids running it in the evening. I would not recommend it to anyon.

But anyway, I love this pool...my grandkids can't swim yet but they can go really far out & still touch bottom! I can literally sit down in the shallow end & play with them & relax. My son doesn't get in the water much, he just walks around talking to himself. No one's bothered him or anything. I also LOVE that they're open until 7 pm! I don't have to worry about getting them too early. We get there about 1:00 pm or so & have sooo much time! I'm sad that swimming season is almost over!
