This place seemed a little bit older and a little worn down. You can play a round of mini golf and then head over to the wax museum right next-door. Each round was challenging enough so that we spent quite a bit of time there. But I do wish I would have went to one of the other ones. Still had a blast! read more

Fun course to navigate around, I came here in the summer where it was beautiful and sunny. Decor is so dazzling and adds fun to the ambiance. I got this with a deal, so I can say it was worth my money. Course wasn't too long, but not too short. Instructions with equipment were a bit confusing, but I eventually got over it. Great mini golf course! We had a great time at Shoot for the Stars! The holes varied in length and difficulty which is what you want in a good course. For the most part the holes were clean and debris free along with the rest of the landscaping. While the last hole was cool, it was a bit of a let down. This mini golf has some of the worst maintenance and care I've seen. It had an interesting theme but no care has been put into the actual course. Litter and debris is just left laying all about, the turf has a lot of degradation in areas, the holes themselves are too short causing balls to bounce out or slope around. All of this on top of lazily designed holes. If you're in the area there are loads of better options for evening fun at a mini golf course read more

While this place looked exciting because of all the statues and buildings, it was a snooze. There were only one or two somewhat challenging and exciting holes out of the 19 hole course. The course was also not well kept up with -- there was a ton of debris on it and the little river didn't even have water in it. Overall for the price, it wasn't worth it. read more

The first maybe 9 holes had nothing fun on them. Things were broken. It was so busy it was hard to enjoy.

The stuff inside is pretty cool, but the put put course seems like it hasn't been renovated much less touched up in a decade: full 8 foot panels being held on by bungee chords and ratchet straps, old greens/holes, even literal wires hanging out of most of the audio stations. My party enjoyed the first 9, but we're ready to be done after with 10 more to go. Cool idea, but poorly executed and not worth the money. You'll get a far better experience elsewhere. The course itself is not that bad but the two lights that were broke in the back caused two members of our party to fall. Luckily only a scratch and a bruise. Way too expensive. It was $29 just for two people! The course was fine, but it wasn't amazing considering how pricey it is. They had water misters going the entire time and they were everywhere and unavoidable. I'm not a fan of misters because they don't really cool you off, you just end up feeling more gross and if you wear glasses, like I do, now you have water droplets on your glasses. Wonderful. Can't really recommend the place when there are plenty of others in town that are just as good and 3-4 dollars cheaper per person. read more

I love me some mini golf....so when I saw a BOGO for this place, I thought I should check it out. First, the scenery is pretty interesting. They really have designed this place with a Hollywood Theme in mind. There are some life-size Oscars, a red carpet, and the Beverly Hills Hotel (for example). I thought the course itself was pretty clean, but not that complicated. I'm not a great mini golfer and I got a 2 on a lot of the holes. I really wish they would have spent more time making the holes fun/more complicated and less time on the surrounding decor. My biggest complaint, though, is how expensive this place is. It is $13 to mini golf here. I couldn't believe it! Luckily with our BOGO, $13 covered the two of us, but still. This just seems outrageous to me when other places (e.g., Pirate's Cove) are $9 a person. In sum, love the theme, but really wish they would drop the price and make the holes more difficult. read more

We've been to a lot of mini golf & was excited about this one as we purchased the tickets with our Hollywood Wax Museum tickets. We thought there were going to be lots of photo op's but were disappointed. The course is one level. There's a story at each hole progressing you through becoming a Hollywood star but many of the speakers at each hole weren't working. Ended up nothing really special. This is a fun golf course, but make sure to find a coupon!! It's really expensive if you don't have a discount. The course is really flat which makes it easy for special needs people or strollers. Each hole has a fun little statue that makes noise and talks to you. It's fun to take time to listen to all of the effects as it talks you through the course. Well maintained, and the theming was silly and fun. Right in line with the Hollywood theme for the parent company (Hollywood Wax Museum).

It was a good course with Hollywood fun facts along the way. We enjoyed the cute Hollywood motif and references.

On our first day in Branson driving down the main stretch you can't help but notice the huge King Kong in the sky. We stopped at the mini golf place next door not knowing that it was part of the Hollywood Wax Museum. This is one of the 4 attractions you could purchase as a combo. We paid more than we should but it was my sons birthday and his choice. The course was extremely well maintained however the speaker/ recorded messages were not working on a few holes. The course takes you through life as an aspiring actor from head shots to the Oscars including paparazzi shots and the Hollywood walk of fame. It's a great idea, and well thought out, the kids and I loved it. After the 18th hole they have a bonus hole called the Star O meter. We played the course at night, not crowded at all but it was too dark to take some pictures. They are open until midnight but after a certain time you have to go to the wax museum cashier to purchase the tickets and pick up the clubs. read more

Had a great time, however the "lore" was quite cheesy which I was okay with because it was a family themed establishment and it had a great kid friendly aesthetic. Only downside, they were playing the top 100 playlist the entire time which didn't really fit the retro Hollywood aesthetic of the place. Overall, really enjoyed my time here! read more

To start, I would consider myself an avid putt putt player. This course I would not say is incredibly difficult however because of the darkness and lighting it was surprisingly hard. The course had some pretty groovy music playing and had cool sound animations per hole. The only knock I have on the course is that the price was fairly steep even on an off night like Tuesday.
