We take a group of Middle School student here for our end-of-year field trip. We've done this for the past 4 years. The kids love it.

This place is cool and offers something fun for families with kids to do while here at Cedar Creek which is mostly for adults, but does have some items that clearly are geared toward kids/families. We saw the arcade, laser tag, mini golf, bowling, darts, the slides, outdoor ropes course, and go carts. So that is a lot to cram into one building and I'm sure I'm forgetting something, as well as the bar and restaurant here. Prices were pretty high - but they do have some packages if you are a staying paid guest - which all amount to $5 less than what anyone else would pay. Seems like a better discount would go a long way here for people who have already paid quite a lot to be here. For example: Bowling is $50 per hour per person. The building was nice, plenty go parking, and walkable from the main resort (if you're willing to walk across the street). read more

We're staying on property and how cool is this fun spot?! There's bowling, go carts, laser tag and SO MUCH MORE! The restaurant is basic food but anything is items kids would love from pizza to apps and burgers. The staff was friendly, kind and eager to help. They even have a kids club so you can drop your little off so they can have fun and you can do activities with your spouse. read more

This place was such a fun time! We were bummed the go-carts were closed down but the undersea bowling, darts & arcades made up for it! Very nice, well maintained attractions and the appetizer we ordered while bowling was delicious! Scan, order and pay easily with your phone and it arrived super fast! This was our family's first time coming here and we had such a great time! We got here on a weekday in the afternoon and there was no wait to bowl. You rent a lane by the hour and each hour is $60. Shoe rentals are $3.95 but I felt like that was pretty reasonable for 4-6 people! The food was a bit pricey, but everything was really good. Definitely recommend the boneless buffalo chicken bites! I'll definitely come back with my family again, the underwater bowling was really cool and the kids loved it! read more

The arcade does not honor their ticket / reward promotions. A sign is displayed that indicates if you collect 7 of a particular card from a machine you are awarded 5000 tickets. When trying to turn them in, they claimed there is an unadvertised 8th card needed and denied the reward after spending hours collecting the 7. read more

There's not a whole lot for kids under 12 to enjoy on the resort, so luckily there's Fun Mountain! I was winter so the outside play area was closed. But man did I love they had a 3 story slide inside that was completely free to little ones under 4 feet!!! My kid spent hours on the slide! What's really nice is it's located directly in the middle of the common area, so you can sit on the restaurant side, or in the bar and still supervise your child. The game room was okay a bit lacking more "kid games" really expensive!! Downstairs are some bumper cars and go karts. The restaurant is also one of the most reasonable places to eat. Would have gotten 5 starts if it wasn't so expensive and if they didn't let people not staying at the resort also use the area. read more

Will not return, management is unable to assist staff or paying customers with basic requests that would improve the customer experience. Nakota a manager tried to push off my request to another manager only taking more of my time and showing that the customer experience does not matter to the management of Big Cedar Fun Mountain. The general staff is nice but unable to sway the managements unsupportive nature. All in all, I wil not return and ending up being a "Not So Fun" Mountain. read more

The staff at the front desk are not very helpful or willing to do anything extra to make the guest's experience better. We Have our daughter here for her 6th birthday.. the outside rope course is closed so we asked if she could do the inside kids one while we were eating. Very slow hardly anyone inside. No line for the attraction. They check her height and was told she is less than a half inch too tall. Literally a shoes sole height too tall. The lady tells her sorry you can't go on it and the outside ones are closed.. mind you I know there are height requirements but we are talking about less than half an inch on a 5 year old little girl the weighs 50 lbs soaking wet. Like what are we doing here. My daughter walks away balling because that is all she wanted to do while we waited for our time on the top of the rock light tour. 4 employees standing behind the counter not doing anything because it's super slow and 1 couldn't walk over and watch her while she takes a turn on the the little rope course.. a half an inch is too much for you to let a little girl play around on something for 5 mins. Not sure the worker Anna or some name whatever she gave us.. regardless it's not an employee problem is a management problem. Our waitress sees our daughter crying and went over to ask if there was anything they could do and the girl tells her nope she's too tall.. like I said above I know there are rules for rides and certain attractions but we're talking about a 5 year old little girl being too big to play on a jungle gym., see picture. Not saying the girl was "wrong" technically but man we're talking about a 5 year old little girl and the difference is less than half an inch.. make the girls day! Why is that so hard! She's been on these same ones at Fritz's in Branson. Idk just my opinion take it for what you want but if you read the reviews on this place you will see the staff is an issue here. read more

Called and spoke to the employees on a Friday morning to confirm that the jungle ropes and Go-Karts were open. Was enthusiastically assured that yes, we were safe to make the drive and that the attractions opened at 11am. Showed up and was told the phone operators have 0 idea of the schedule and that this "happens all the time." Awesome way to start the day. read more

Lots of fun to be had at fun mountain! The kids really enjoyed it. They loved the arcade, and we spent about an hour in there playing all the games. The other activities weren't open until noon, so we left since we didn't want to wait around for an hour, but the ropes course and spinning cars looked like fun. We will have to experience the rest another time. (It was pretty pricey, IMO.) read more

Employees are more interested in taking breaks instead of helping customers. Come here if you want to constantly wait and be treated like you are an inconvenience to the employees. Over priced for the poor service read more

We loved it - the prices are any worse than main event for games. The machines all work and the people are friendly - rare for a arcade. It's super clean and fun we're loving it read more
