They overcharge you for their items and when I had a problem with my $75 fitover sunglasses, one gentleman told me to bring them back in and they would either replace them or fix the missing lens on the side of the glasses. So after I made the half hour trip, the man "helping" me just shrugged and said there's nothing they can do and maybe I could put a piece of tape on them. The manager was cold and completely uncaring. They make the eye clinic look terrible.

Those that don't usually have a sign that say no animals. This store does not have any such sign and I decided to bring my dog in with me just to look around. He's very well behaved and was on a leash. The lady at the front counter did give me a greeting as I came in but said nothing about my dog or any no pet policy. After I passed her and was no more than 15 feet into the store, I heard her ask her coworker, quit loudly enough so that I could hear, " What happened to our no pet signs that used to be out front?" Why be so caddy to make comments behind my back instead of just telling me I'd sorry we don't allow dogs in the store? I would have gladly returned my dog to my truck and come back in for my purchases, instead I just took my dog and we left.

I had a bad reaction to an infusion which made my eye blurry. I called Glacier Eye Clinic at 8am…read more(when they opened) and they got me in at 9:40. I saw a wonderful doctor -- Dr. Marie Roach -- who took care of everything. I had inflammation in the eye which can be quite dangerous, but she gave me treatment, reassured me, had me back in twice (at my request) and got me on the plane to see my grandchildren in record time. At one point I needed help during a holiday weekend and was able to reach an answering service and the doctor on call within minutes. Really great service, support, and care.

This is a clean well organized store that I could shop in here for hours. Love their signature line too. Buying their generic brands are really great products. My second rental with them I returned the rental a half hour after they closed (100000% my bad) but since they were still at the shop finishing up, they allowed me to sneak in the board and boots. They could have been pricks about it, but weren't, so am thankful for that, as I was departing Whitefish the next day so would have had to work some magic to get the stuff back to them. They will also hold your shoes for you when doing a one-day rental (an important detail to remember when taking into account when they close!).
