Three separate occasions of visiting to buy something on sale. Wasn't available all three times. I won't be back.

Worst service ever. Have a disable daughter unfortunately A lot meds and she has most meds covered. And one special authorized drug that is also covered under Blue cross. There was several errors made on there part. This company has used my credit card with over the authorized amount we agreed on. They never called to inform me of the change and then will not return calls. When I came in as they were not responding to return my calls, I then went in and talked to manager/owner who I found to be quite rude and even walked away from me in the middle of Our conversation. Not even so much of an apology on any of these errors from the owner. This particular prescription should not have been at a charge to me or my disabled daughter! I might add that my daughters prescriptions come to $1550 a month. They charged my card $166 with out permission or a phone call and then refused to return my money. P.s I have a letter which shows this drug is fully covered! read more

I am tired of the issues that have been happening with the billing of my insurance company that this Shoppers has been having foe the past year. I go into pick up my prescriptions and they try and charge me the full amount foe my prescriptions. I'm a diabetic and on high blood pressure medications. They always seem to put the blame on my insurance company. I never had this issue at all, not once until they hired new staff. Tonight I walked out without my high blood pressure medication. I told them that I'm tired if this being an issue. I requested 90 days of my high blood pressure meds 30 days ago. When I got gome I seen they only gave me 30 days. When I went in tonight they told me that the insurance company only fills out 3 months of this prescription. I told him that I asked for 3 months when I had it filled 30 days ago. So their answer is you can pay and talk to your insurance company. I said no.... I'm transfering my prescriptions....... read more

I've recently moved to this side of town and this is my closest Shoppers location. I called to get my prescriptions transferred over. The first time I called, I was on hold for 7 minutes before being disconnected. The second time I called, someone answered with, "Yeah, hi?", put me on hold because they didn't know who to ask about prescription transfers, then hung up on me. Finally, on my third call, I was able to speak to a pharmacist. She didn't quite understand what I meant by transferring my prescriptions from one Shoppers Drug Mart to another. When I explained it she became impatient and kind of snotty, but at least now I can finally get my prescriptions filled. I'm not driving all the way back to my old Shoppers on the west side just to see a pharmacist, so hopefully this can all just be chalked up to a bad morning and the service will improve in the future. read more
