I can tell you that if I knew anything about this mall beforehand, my parking situation would have been different. I parked near the end that hold Target and Old Navy, neither of which stores I visited. I went inside to walk through the mall to see what they had to offer. To sum it up quickly, not much. Like many malls, this one was dwindling in open storefronts. In fact, this mall is attempting to transition with the stores being able to have entrances both into the mall, but to the outside as well. Which can, in my opinion, be a factor of less and less stores inside. If I do not need to go into the mall to enter Five Below, then I don't intend on going into the mall after visiting that store. As for the parking situation, I ended up stopping into several stores on my walk to the end of the mall but didn't buy a single thing until the last store I entered at the other end. Buying pillows and having to carry them through the mall is not fun, also kind of hinders you from stopping anywhere else on your long walk back. I really do hope that this mall bounces back enough. Enough to have the community come back. I mean, there is a university in town and malls used to be convenient places to shop for items. I want to point out the two reviewers that obviously had a plan this year to create accounts to only give this mall a five star review to boost it. Ok Sharon and Belinda, any more obvious one might think you work for the mall and are just attempting to draw people into the mall.

I have to say, I have been to many T.J. Maxx locations and this one was by far the best I have been…read moreto. I stopped by here after crisscrossing the area to see if I could pick up a few items. I did my initial once over of the housewares section. Wasn't expecting to find much here but was pleasantly surprised when I came across not one, but two items I had been looking for. Of course they were at decent, reasonable prices. Items I had been looking for for a minute, but didn't want to spend that much for. Grabbed those and then went to go look at the clothing. Having narrowed down what I was looking for shirt wise it wasn't hard to spot the brands I had just snagged without having to try them on. Found three more shirts here and made my way to the gauntlet. I made it through there without being tempted to grab an item that was not needed. The girl working the register looked like she had already seen enough for the day and it wasn't even noon. She was pleasant to me and swear she gave me the biggest bag possible, which was appreciated since I did by some big baking pans.

So the price on an item was less than the one that came from corporate. The cashier said she was…read morethe manager of the men's department in knows that it wouldn't have been the price that was on it and someone must have put the wrong price on when they got it in. I asked for a manager and the manager said there weren't any more there but the price was the one from corporate. This doesn't seem to be fair considering if I went to another register there wouldn't have been any issue about the item and would have gotten it for the price that it scanned up. I don't think this is right of Gabe's especially when I spent a lot of money on this visit. I am seriously considering returning all of what I purchased and not give them any of my money in the future for this type of customer service.

So I bought a set of tires at Costco for my vehicle about a year ago and of course they come with…read morefree rotation and balancing for the life of the tire. I recently made an appointment via there app that morning to take it in and get them rotated while I shopped. About 30 minutes into it I get a phone call from the tire center tech telling me he can't get the front left tire off it the lug nuts on the wheels appear to be seized up. Says it's most likely cross threaded or over torqued I need to take it too a full service shop and have it looked at. So, I finish shopping while stewing mad thinking my normal mechanic screwed something up. I pay for my items go in the tire center to pick up my truck keys and hear the explanation again. All why standing there is a woman who is also waiting in line behind me. The tire guy comes up and tells her the same story. To this point I start to get a little skeptical thinking hmm.. is this lug nut seize up day or something. His words... "Ma'am you need to take your car to a full service shop we can't take them off if we do they'll break and it will have to be towed." So anyway I go home still thinking of this whole ordeal and thinking who is in the wrong. Finally after arriving home I put my groceries away. Go down to look at the truck wheel tire situation and roll out a jack and some tools myself and take at look at the left front tire, take all 5 lug nuts off no issue. No lug nut was seized, they just didn't want to do their job, really disappointed. I ended up rotating them myself. I'll just buy them somewhere else next time or at least some place that will do their job like there paid to do.
