The facility was great, but I was very specific in stating that I would rather not detox if my insurance would not cover the majority of the bill. I was assured that they ACCEPTED my insurance. I have been going to this location for the past couple of years for treatment…read more Ever since Dr Neelgund left I have been having problems with the billing from this facility As per my insurance company I am only required to pay a copayment of $15, which I have been doing Today I received a bill in the amount of $227 When I requested to see the official manager who was there. I was advised to contact the billing company This is the second time that this has happened to me regarding the billing I will contact my insurance company today to advise them of this situation and request that they do an investigation of this facility
