Our rentals were assembled on July 3rd for a July 4th event. We are located directly on the beach in NJ. On the evening of July 3rd around 9pm a serious thunderstorm swept across our region and unfortunately damaged some of the equipment. I reported the news of the incident via email and hoped someone would see it before or event the next day at noon. Within an hour I had a response and guarantee that the equipment would be replaced before our event. By 830am on the Fourth of July holiday, our the equipment had been replaced and reassembled. I assume we were a small order for this company and the 4th of July is probably a busy day in the party rental world. Mike and his team treated our situation as if it was a priority and exceeded all expectations. My guess is they treat all of their customers similarly. The rentals seem to be i about 4-5 hour blocks, but when I said my party didn't start until 5, they offered to come around 3:30 so that the frozen drink machine had time to freeze up. The gentleman was super professional, didn't need any help at all. set up and take down each took about 30 minutes, maybe longer. Pick up went super smoothly. He helped me clean the machine, even though I said I would do that before he got there! The yard was WAY darker then i thought, but he didn't complain one bit about taking down the bounce house in the dark.I rented both machines for $400. Deposit of $50 was made prior to online. Even when the employee admitted that she told me the first price Jay insisted I pay the amount he just quoted. I feel that if your employee misquotes a price as the owner and as a sense of customer service you should honor the original quoted price. The second issue was that the delivery drivers initially only dropped off a piece of the order. Apparently there was some miscommunication because they explained that their boss would be dropping off the rest at a different time. Luckily I had to go to the office to pay or I don't think the other piece of my order would have ever been delivered. When I explained that my order wasn't completely delivered he had a little chat with the drivers and explained that they had screwed up and were suppose to deliver the whole order. I would do business with them again as I was happy of the overall outcome.
