We had our furniture delivered on the Wednesday before the wedding and were able to set it up the way we wanted to. We also have to change out one minor thing, and Paul and his team were able to do it quickly and efficiently with no marked up charges or extra delivery fees. The quality of the items were great. We also enjoyed all of the custom cocktail reception pieces. We visited the showroom, and even if they don't have something you want, Paul and his team can custom make the pieces. Additionally, they were strict about certain décor choices. We requested to bring in black chairs to match our color scheme, but were told no, as they only offered brown chairs at the time. Despite those minor frustrations, Alley and the entire Park Loft team were wonderful to work with. They were flexible when we needed wiggle room with décor, planning, and even financing.
