Captain Andy and First Mate Rob were AMAZING! They were so helpful and kind, literally running back and forth to help everyone. It's always been that way. We limited out and had such a great time. Bathrooms are better than other head boats too. Make a reservation and go!

It was awesome and we all limited out (6 walleye each). Captain Tom was really helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. A few things to know; Take a cooler with some snacks and drinks. You may want a clip on flashlight for the bathroom (it's dark in there). If you're concerned about seasickness, you may want to pick up some Seabands (pressure point wristbands - you can buy these at Walmart in the pharmacy area). The crew will put your fish on a stringer. When you get back, you can take the fish to Drawbridge Marina (just around the corner) to be cleaned for a fee.

I get it, I should've called, we got busy, we could not show up for the reservation I had scheduled. The response I got? A voicemail from an employee there, I won't name names (because what will that do?), that literally said "there's no way you wouldn't no show us because there's no way you would be that rude". Which was referring to the fact that we didn't show up without a phone call. Needless to say, they made me feel completely embarrassed, ashamed, and didn't even give me a chance to explain when I called back to apologize. Just further condescending tones. I'm in customer service, and I cannot believe the way you made me feel as a customer. You were bold enough to leave a voicemail like that. I'm sorry life got in the way. The fact that YOU turned away business and held a boat full of people because they were already there waiting for two complete strangers who made a FREE reservation, is beyond me (yes, the employee told me he did all this because 2 out of FOURTY people didn't show up). Thank you for the kindness of waiting, had we of just been a bit late. However, I'm not going to apologize for the treatment I received in response to a mistake I made and will take responsibility for/ In the end, don't not show up for your reservation, because heaven forbid life happens and you get left an ugly little message in your mailbox.

The weather the previous couple of days had been wild and windy and no boats were out but thankfully on the day we were scheduled the weather had turned and we were able to get out. Spent a great day on the lake fishing under the direction of "Captain Rob"not much catching but enough to keep every one interested---- will definitely use Reef Robbers again.

She wouldn't even let me take pics of a big fish that my buddy caught. "We don't take pictures when we are catching fish", she said. She said I couId take pictures when we get back to the marina. She was rude the whole trip. I have probably fished with 50 different guides for many different types of fish. Probably 10 different walleye guides on Lake Erie. This was the worst fishing trip I have ever had, guided or not. I spent ALOT OF MONEY on this trip: hotel rooms, gas, supplies, and guide. I cannot express how disappointed I am. I didn't even keep any of the fish. I don't want any reminders of this trip.

Visited the club to look at a boat with a broker. After…read moreviewing the boat we asked two gentleman getting on their jet skis if there was a restroom we could use. They kindly pointed us to the harbor master building by the pool. We walked by and we're very impressed with the beautiful pool and view. We walked around the building and didn't see the restroom door. We asked one of the young men working there and he walked us around to the side we missed and showered us the restroom door (clearly marked just opposite the harbor master side ) It was refreshing to be greeted by such professional and well mannered young man who didn't just tell us where to go but walked us there ! While we aren't members my husband and I were very impressed with the club, people and beautifully kept grounds !! Would love to return by boat to enjoy meeting with others at this club !
