Prior…read moreto pool troopers taking over the business that was contracted with my pool to maintain chemical levels and do like brushing and filter cleaning, the service was satisfactory that they did the job and your salt water pool was clean. Now, the price has increased probably around 25% more and meanwhile the service has deteriorated significantly. They fail to notify you that they performed the service like they previously did in email; they damage pool equipment and then try to charge a repair service to repair the problem they caused; they failed to eliminate the green condition of the saltwater pool that festered after the hurricane passed, btw the pool is now at 19 days of green, and when they said they follow up with a supervisor to check on the pool five days have already passed and not one follow up; oh and if you love hold music they will have you on hold for 45 minutes for this branch office; and they phone reps have little to no knowledge of how to troubleshoot other than their canned response. I will definitely be no renewing this contract because I could probably get a better quality of work from an independent operation or a ten year old with actual passion for work. Anyone else who reads this, I'd probably recommend Pool Caddy. Do not use Pool Poopers they will leave your pool green.
