They have gone so far above and beyond for me so many times it is hard to narrow done specific examples. My pool and equipment are old and I'm cheap- it's a terrible combination. I had to call 4 times this week, Friday 9/18/26 through Wed 9/23 to finally get someone to come out. I was told he was coming out on Thursday when I finally SPOKE TO A REAL PERSON and he showed up on Wednesday when I wasn't home. Then he PROMISED me he'd send me a link for an item I needed to purchase and I still haven't heard from him, 2 days later. Meanwhile my pool sweeper is barely moving ... for the last 4 weeks when when I spoke with my actual pool cleaner that told me I HAD TO BUY THE PART not telling me what I needed to know in order to buy the part. Yesterday Nick tells me he will send me a link and still nothing. I wouldn't mind the couple of day delay if it had not have already been a WEEK DELAY!!!!!!!!. My pool is clean but my original pool cleaner guy took care of EVERYTHING for me and I lost a good friend by being SWAYED BY THE DANGLING CARROT OF HOW MUCH BETTER AND HOW MUCH MORE WE CAN OFFER. I wish I could get my original pool buy back, Lost friendship. He has some fettish about ordering people around and exactly when 'you will do what'. And I'm not referring to paying on time any normal thing that could be truly legit, objectionable, to a normal owner. We had visited a local recommended pool supplier about putting in a handrail for our inground pool…read more They said we could not put in a desired stainless steel hand rail since it was not a new installation. We did not like the plastic, cheap looking solutions they offered and the price was very high. We decided to look around and went to Pinch-A-Penny in Lutz, FL for something else but asked if they could help us find what we were looking for. They the exact model we were looking for and said they had an installer. The price was very reasonable so we bought the hand rail and I called Michael's to schedule the install. They quickly gave me a date a few days out. The tech's sent me a text to let me know they were on there way and I had the part ready for them when they arrived. They took the time to listen to my thoughts on the install and they had some very good recommendations on where to install. I was told they would tell me what type of escutcheons to purchase for the install but they had anticipated what I needed and had it with them. This saved me a trip to pick some up. They had to drill two holes in my pool deck and they did a good job limiting the dust and cleaned up after they cemented the handrail in place. While there, they took a look at a pool light issue and were able to quickly determine the problem and took the time to educate me on how the system works. I would not hesitate to call them for any pool issues in the future.
