We did not like the plastic, cheap looking solutions they offered and the price was very high. We decided to look around and went to Pinch-A-Penny in Lutz, FL for something else but asked if they could help us find what we were looking for. They the exact model we were looking for and said they had an installer. The price was very reasonable so we bought the hand rail and I called Michael's to schedule the install. They quickly gave me a date a few days out. The tech's sent me a text to let me know they were on there way and I had the part ready for them when they arrived. They took the time to listen to my thoughts on the install and they had some very good recommendations on where to install. I was told they would tell me what type of escutcheons to purchase for the install but they had anticipated what I needed and had it with them. This saved me a trip to pick some up. They had to drill two holes in my pool deck and they did a good job limiting the dust and cleaned up after they cemented the handrail in place. While there, they took a look at a pool light issue and were able to quickly determine the problem and took the time to educate me on how the system works. I would not hesitate to call them for any pool issues in the future.

Mario and his crew are fantastic!…read more 2 years ago I was frustrated with maintaining my pool - despite all the money I put into it, it wasn't at the level I wanted. I called Azur and Mario found there were issues with my filter and I was happy to pay him to fix it. After that I found it was about the same cost as having them maintain my pool as what I had been spending on chemicals at the local store. They've always done a great job with cleaning. Azur also does pressure washing -- and twice now I've had them do my pool enclosure and just recently they washed my fence and front enclosure. They did a fantastic job and everything looked like new after they were done. It's always a pleasure to work with Azur and I love that I can make payments online as well. I'm very glad I found Azur!

It's pollen season so pollen has entered the pool cage and into the bottom of the pool. So why was there pollen at the bottom of the pool after the cleaning? There's stains at the bottom of the pool from the pollen. As a "partner", why wouldn't Aquaserv offer a solution into this? Why does calcium still appear 3 months later after I was told it would take a few weeks to get the balance correct? This is enough for me to move on. While I would reach out to Bryan for these issues and others, he'd get back to me but not address other questions I asked him. There shouldn't be this much follow up when you hire a company to do their job.

I husband got an ear infection and had to go to the dr for meds and this was a result of ALLLLL THE CHEMICALS they constantly put in our pool. Bryan, the Dir of Ops came out a few times himself and admitted to us that they put too many phosphates in our pool and it damaged our filter so they replaced it. The rept they give you ea week shows our CYA levels at '100' and it should be at 30-50 ppm!!! Because it's so high is the reason we get a lot of algae. Their report from this week also says they put in 3 chlorine tabs in our floater, and we have the box of chlorine tabs avail for their use and ours and I checked the floater the day aft they were here and it was 'empty' so no tabs were in there as they indicated on the report!!! Bryan cancelled our svc this week and blamed us for the condition of our pool water! What a joke!!!!! He said we turn off our jets 'regularly on the weekends' which is NOT true. Our svc in on Tuesdays and Bryan 'rarely' had to come to our home on a weekend!!!! So to say this is ridiculous. I told him that because we have a 'revolving door' of technicians and that they are the ones who set the timer for the jets, that when (which is rare) he is here on a weekend, if he comes early and the jets are not on is because his tech did not set the timer properly. I told him often, on any day, at 9:30 am the jets are still not on so I turn them on manually and they eventually go off on their own later in the eve and the next day I begin the same process of having to turn them on manually. Bryan also blamed our dog for being in the pool and creating the condtiion of our pool. Again, bullshit!! Our dog is a small 12 lb dog and is rarely in the pool. He goes about 4 feet in and then is directed to the stairs to exit. He only goes in the pool when my husband is in the pool. I don't go in the pool, rarely and my husband only once in a while. We were also told by our tech that there is constantly stuff floating n the air like pollen that does this to the pool. Not true. We have neighbors and their pool is perfect so the stuff in the air is not hurting their pool. Aqua, accept the blame for what you did to our pool and know that the review I am writing is one of many reviews of its kind written by others about your company.

We still deal with…read moreUNEVEN FOUNTAINS because they admitted to skimping out on plumbing and putting our deck jets on one plumbing line with one valve instead of 2, meaning the first fountain closest to the valve gets all the pressure and the second one is very noticeably lower in height because it gets less pressure. Our feet continue to get TORN UP in the pool because they sold us the pebble sheen but put in something MUCH COURSER which destroys everyone's feet. The bottom is SO SO ROUGH! Our concrete continues to be a huge issue and we will eventually have to have it redone or add a French drain because it is SO UNEVEN on one side that rain just sits and creates a complete mess! The roof they put in continues to leak like crazy as it did immediately after completion. People that come over to our home are appalled at the work of this company! I invite anyone and everyone over to see the complete CRAP work of this company! I am shocked they are still in business!

Despite a slight delay with our paver delivery, the entire construction project moved swiftly. Patio's foremen were here to check on us throughout the process and answer and questions. Once the pool was filled, JP from Carefree spent an hour explaining everything we needed to know about our system and maintenance. We went with Patio because our neighbor recommended the company, and I would recommend Patio to the next family looking to build a pool. Here is a photo of my daughter helping us fill it!
