Where is the teamwork here? The teller was friendly and helpful. The interior was clean with some live plants giving it some life and decor. The last time I came here I waited for 40 minutes while several employees chitchatted and ignored me.

I called them on a Friday to make sure their atm machines are working. Also, at this location they are closed on weekends. The bank is correct with the amount in the atm machines. If they run out you will see an , out of service sign on the screen. Best to find a location with a bank open on Saturdays. I've had PNC for years, and if one atm is down I use the other. Or, I withdraw inside the bank before I head out on a trip. The bank staff knew their customers by name, they talked as friends, they could even bring in their pets, which were also known by name and given treats. The bank manager handled the setup of my account personally and I left feeling as though I was seen as a person, not an account. I am getting all the services I would get at one of the major national banks, including online bill payment and debit/credit card, and I have the satisfaction of dealing with a local community bank that did not accept TARP money. I would encourage anyone to move their money from their national bank accounts to this community based (and Community FOCUSED) bank.
