This is quite literally the smallest consignment store I have ever seen. What they had basically consisted of a few stools, knickknacks, some records, and that's about it. What little they have fits in to the size of an efficiency apartment. Unless they have some offsite storage facility, I think this is one of those places you can cross off your list. read more

I went to the Island Native Surf Shop hoping to get my Bike repaired. It had a dent in the front…read morewheel which hit my brakes every rotation rendering it unusable. The shop Owner was extremely helpful, friendly and started to work on my bike immediately. It took him less than 10 minutes to perfectly fix it at an Incredible reasonable price! During that time, I looked around in his shop and found high quality surfing accessories including surfboards, bikes, clothing, swimsuits and jewelry. I absolutely love this place; not…read moreonly do you get to see these beautiful animals but Sea Turtle Inc has a hospital where turtles can be rehabbed and released if possible. These are the type of places where you want to visit & are 100% worth it! If you are visiting during the summertime they have hatchling releases where you get to see tiny little turtles heading to the ocean at 6:45 am or 7:45am you can check their Facebook page for more info. My husband & I were there a few weeks ago but they didn't have any public releases during our stay in SPI but I am looking forward to get the experience this!

The turtles were all pleasant to see and full of information that was interactive for the kids. The workers were nice and knowledgeable too. Our favorite was Mama (the cat)! We are allergic though so couldn't pet her, although she was nice to everyone who did. The Spotify playlists were also fun little treasures to take with us after our leave. Note: parking lot is small and spots are kind of tight but it's free.
