It was probably one of the worst organized Home Depot's I've been in there were cardboard boxes in the middle of the aisles. Didn't like the environment whatsoever. Luckily I know Spanish because three of the employees that I spoke with knew no English.

I made sure it was the right store and asked for the price. I was given the information, so I got up early the next morning to make sure to be there for opening time and availabilty. I told the door greeter what I was looking for and he sent me to isle #35 and after 1/2 hour of searching for item, decided to search for floor help. None to be found and when I did, he told me he was not sure if they had them and did not even offer to go look. I asked 3 other employees and no one knew how to help me until a young lady in the lumber department helped me to look for the item on the computer - which she found - but told me they did not carry that item. Why was I told that they had 3 in stock? This store manager needs to get it's act together and make sure his employees are knowlegible enough to help customers out, especially when the custom is handicapped and not able to move around searching all over the store for the item and for an employee to help out. I am totally disappointed with this store.

Their hours are limited, but this tiny hardware store has a lot more than you would expect. You…read moredon't know how many times I've made the fruitless trek to Home Depot or Lowes only to wind up back at Zarsky's. Now I check here first. They might just have one, but there is a good chance they will have whatever random piece of hardware you need. The guys who work here are always really helpful too. If you need a specific brand or are buying in bulk, you might want to go elsewhere, but for general hardware try Zarsky's.
