We have a furnace/hot water heater combo in a very small bathroom closet within our townhome. This was no problem for him at all...he got in there and got right to work. Welding copper, plumbing, and even adding wooden structural support for the new pressure tank to bring it all up to code for us. By the time he was finished, you couldn't even tell he had been here. I have two kitchens in my house and both were badly in need of faucet replacement. I spoke with Andrew on the phone and told him what I needed and that I would have the new faucets here when he arrived. He gave me a price and we set up an appointment. On the agreed upon date, I received a text stating Andrew was on the way for our appointment. He arrived promptly on time and he viewed the work sites. In our phone conversation, he stated he thought the job would take 90 minutes. After viewing the work sites, he still thought 90 minutes was a good estimate. Andrew answered my text at 7:00am shortly after I sent it and promptly sent me an estimate for an "emergency" toilet replacement. My wife and I were in Pensacola for a short visit and last night we noticed that the tank on our toilet was cracked and leaking. We were scheduled on a flight home the next day and we were interested in getting the toilet replaced before we left town.
