The coin laundry side has been closed for some time but the dry cleaners remains open for limited days and hours and the building and business are for sale because "they can't find anyone to work". I'd guess the unspoken part is "for what we pay", but still . . . from a half-dozen dry cleaners in town to one, but they ARE OPEN.* *Other than on-base, Model Cleaners from Wallace apparently has store about 4 miles out of Jacksonville off 258 at 100 Fall Creek Drive. I've not seen it, but the address shows it's in the little 5 storefront building that also houses Patriot Blinds. The only other I know of, Squeaky Cleaners on Country Club Road, is not accepting new business as they are closing soon due to the owner's retirement.

The prices are affordable and they do really good work. We've gone in a few times to have dress clothes and military uniforms done and they've come out great! They're a bit tucked in, so it can be easy to miss them, but they're easy to get to and do share their parking with others on their strip. They work fairly quickly and you can request to have your clothes done by a certain time. Their location is very clean and organized. They have signs that explain their services, but the people that work here are very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend using them for your dry cleaning needs.
