All of my visits to this…read moreestablishment have been equally pleasant due to those little things: -Ample amount of floor space (plenty of room to maneuver full baskets and laundry carts) -Plenty of folding counters -I've never had to clean out lint from someone else or seen hair/dust bunny tumbleweeds rolling around with suckers stuck to the floor (you know what I'm talking about!) -Friendly, helpful staff -Security cameras are in place so if I need to do another errand, I do feel safe enough leaving for a short time, though the signs on the wall boast "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CLOTHES LEFT UNATTENDED" - I get that! -Snack, pop and various vending machines (always working in my experience) -Kid area with games to keep the little ones occupied -ATM AND CHANGE MACHINE INSIDE (change machine accepts 1, 5, 10, 20) FYI: $1.75 - small load washer $2.50 - bigger front facing $3.50 - even bigger front facing $5.50 - BIG OL front facing (about 3 loads) $8.00 - industrial insane size front loading THANG $0.25 per 6 minutes of drying time This laundromat, however, does not accept credit card at the counter if I were to drop off any laundry. Despite appearing somewhat understaffed and harried, everyone has been courteous and competent in meeting my limited needs. As of 9/4/2025, this is the LAST dry cleaners in the city of Jacksonville. The coin laundry side has been closed for some time but the dry cleaners remains open for limited days and hours and the building and business are for sale because "they can't find anyone to work". I'd guess the unspoken part is "for what we pay", but still . . . from a half-dozen dry cleaners in town to one, but they ARE OPEN.* *Other than on-base, Model Cleaners from Wallace apparently has store about 4 miles out of Jacksonville off 258 at 100 Fall Creek Drive. I've not seen it, but the address shows it's in the little 5 storefront building that also houses Patriot Blinds. The only other I know of, Squeaky Cleaners on Country Club Road, is not accepting new business as they are closing soon due to the owner's retirement.

The prices are affordable and they do really good work. We've gone in a few times to have dress clothes and military uniforms done and they've come out great! They're a bit tucked in, so it can be easy to miss them, but they're easy to get to and do share their parking with others on their strip. They work fairly quickly and you can request to have your clothes done by a certain time. Their location is very clean and organized. They have signs that explain their services, but the people that work here are very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend using them for your dry cleaning needs.

The place is clean, good lighting (I can't stand how some laundromats have ultra bright lights), restrooms, ATM, change machine and trash receptacles (another pet peeve - some places have one tiny, overflowing trash bucket or none at all). I came on a busy Saturday afternoon but didn't have any problem finding an available washer or dryer. Definitely will return when I'm in the area.
