The name says it all! Hubs wanted 7 knives engraved within two days time. These guys called me for pick up within 24 hours of me dropping them off! Not only were they quick, but the quality is top notch and hubs is SUPER picky about perfection in his gifts. He was quite pleased and did the impressed head bob. I think it's crazy for a guy to give a bunch of gifts when he's leaving a unit. You're supposed to receive gifts but whatevs. Thank goodness these guys were more than fair with pricing, so it didn't cost me a ton. Would call them in a heartbeat if my crazy hubs decided to buy some more gifts for his men. Come to think of it, I didn't get anything for Mother's Day ... but these guys get an engraved knife?! I went here to get a unit patch. One of the girls at the counter was working with me. I told her I needed the last 5 of my Zap number and she kept telling me "no it's the last 4". I told her multiple times it was the last 5 and she swore to me it wasn't and even said to me "I've been doing this a long time, trust me". She was rude and I didn't get what I wanted. Although they agreed to have my plate made fairly quick, they failed to follow the size specifications I asked for. Which, were clearly articulated. The plate was completed the day prior to me needing it, and it was made wrong. And, it could not be fixed in time. Now, I am left empty handed for the Retiring Marine's Going Away plaque. Although not a huge deal. The design was also changed without consulting me. Which, in the end, doesn't matter since it was made wrong anyways. Will definitely seek business elsewhere next time. read more

I have given this business one star only because "O" stars ins't an option. My original order was placed in December. It took 7 weeks to receive. I cannot condone a company who treats their customers as poorly and with such blatant disrespect as they have treated me. My order consisted of stitched shirts. Upon washing, one showed signs of color fading. I was asked to send the shirt back (I'm in Atlanta). I sent it via regular mail. When I called to ask the status (didn't hear from anyone for 2 weeks) I was immediately accused of spilling something on it. The owner, Hodge reported that he washed it and the color was fixed. I asked that he mail it back. With what I can only describe as extreme reluctance, he agreed. 3 more weeks passed. I finally called and asked what was holding up the process. He reported that he was so busy and it was laying around waiting to be mailed. He asked me for my address, I gave it to him and suggested that he just send it back in the same envelope I used. Nothing happened for 2 more weeks. I called again. He promised to send it that day. When I finally received it. It was COD and I had to write a check to get the package. The shirt inside has obviously been washed almost to the point of being worn out. I called to discuss. I informed Hodge that if I had been made aware of the COD cost, I could have mailed him the 2 stamps necessary for US postal mail. He became belligerent and told me that the COD fee was his laundry fee. (remember this was a warranty question). Never mind that I didn't ask him to wash anything. He told me that if I was unhappy to not use him again. I replied that under no circumstances would I use him again. He said fine and hung up on me. I cannot fully express my dissatisfaction at how every part of this process was handled by "I Need It Now Trophies". Looking at some of the other reviews, it appears that I am not alone. I would wholeheartedly suggest using any other company. read more

I love this place, they always have great costumer service. Happy to help you with anything for example the font and color you'd like or if you're stuck they'll help you pick a color. I have been taken to see all the font colors and what the monogram letters would look like with some fonts I could've decide between. No Stars. Poor excuse for a business, and I would not recommend it to anyone for anything. Two months ago I dropped off 2 tiles to have engraved and cut for my Mother's headstone. After weeks of waiting, I called a few times but no one would answer, so I dropped by to check on the project. It wasn't finished because the tiles had to be sent out for cutting and "Hodge" said he would let me know when they were ready for pick-up. More weeks went by without a call, so I stopped in again on a Friday and was told by "Hodge" the tiles would be there the next Wednesday. I was unable to stop in on Wednesday, so I went by on the Friday after. "Hodge" was not there, but a young lady told me there was nothing there in my name and she knew nothing about it and was not very pleasant or courteous while saying so. I mentioned that "Hodge" said it would be there and maybe she could take another look. She dismissed me by going on to another customer. I walked out. The next Thursday (June 7th) I received a voicemail from "Hodge" that my order was in. On, Friday, June 8th, my husband stopped by the store to pick up the tiles and received one engraved tile and half of a tile. He was told that one tile was broken in two during the cutting process and he was literally handed a broken tile (where the other half is? - don't know.) The letters on the complete tile were not etched in black as requested, so the lettering does not even show. My husband was not given an invoice or the return of my order request during the pickup. Of course I called, (5 times according to my cell before someone picked up) and expressed my disappointment in the final product and "Hodge" basically responded like I was an annoyance and he could care less. I mentioned the lack of embolden lettering and he says, "Oh, did you want those letters black?" The request for black lettering was on the initial order request, so I mentioned that. He tells my husband (when he went back to the store on June 8th to pick up the invoice & the order request), "oh I threw the order request away a long time ago." AND so it goes. AND we PAID for this. Now I have to start the project all over again somewhere else with much less time to spare. Not happy about this unpleasant experience and will never return to this store. read more

This place has piss poor performance. I called a week in advance of when i needed a small 2x3 plate that only had a quote on it (not even a full sentence) and the place told me they'd have it ready in four days and would call me, I was told to send a email with what I wanted. I sent a email, which it took forever for the company to even respond to. They never gave me a time to pick up or even how much the plate would cost. The day I requested to be picked up I arrived at opening of the store and was greeted by dogs that barked until they woke up my 8 month old daughter. I couldn't even put her car seat on the floor because the dogs ran wild in the store and I don't like certain germs touching my daughter. I told them my name for pick up, come to find out they never even started my order, which I needed the very next day by the way. The woman at the front desk went in the back to speak with the owner and i could hear all of them junk talking me, shaming me saying how it's my own fault, and how I'm just going to have to wait, they continuously talked about me like I couldn't hear them until the front desk lady came out. When she came out she asked for my number (which I already given her, but they lost it) && said they will start the plate today and would call when ready. No discount, no words of apology, no sorry for waking your baby, just "come back". I finally did get a phone call hours later && all was said is "your stuff is ready for pickup" and she hung up on me, This place has extreme hospitality issues and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, at the end of the day the plate was flimsy and the quality wasn't all there. The sad part about it, you could tell they didn't care whether they gained or lost a customer. But they definitely lost my service. read more

Awful business and even worse customer service. My wife dropped off two cups to have engraved. One cup came back just fine. The second cup was engraved with something completely different than what was written down. He looked at what he wrote and when he saw that he was the one who messed it up he threw the cup in the trash and said he would replace it. No problem yet, mistakes happen. It took another week of waiting to call and find out there he couldn't find the cup in stores and didn't even bother to ask where we got it (which happened to be on Amazon). So over a week of waiting and now he decides to order it. Two weeks of waiting and I call back and he says he doesn't know where the cup is, he supposedly ordered it but hasn't tracked it's shipping. Just over two weeks now and I call back once more. Like your sign reads, "I need it now!". A couple hours to make the cup is what he tells me. Finally I get a call back, my cup is finally finished! But wait, for some reason he took it upon himself to trade out my hydroflask with his choice of a yeti cup. Comparable brands and prices, but most definitely not the same cup I brought in. He didn't even ask if it was a suitable substitute. Which only leads me to believe that when he said he "ordered" me another cup on amazon, that he was either lying to me or too inept to read the outside of the cup that he trashed and match the colors to a new one online. If you "need it now" and want it done right, I highly recommend going somewhere else. read more
