I know the owner mildy and I am on the email list. I wrote up a potential complaint and I emailed it to the owner. I know the owner mildly because of seeing a previous massage practitioner named Scott who previously worked here/there. (Scott no longer practices at this clinic/office/space.) She called me back, refused to refund any or all of the money I had paid. She said the problem lay with me for not insisting or asking the guy to do deep tissue; she offered to provided me with a discount on a subsequent massage. I declined the offer of another massage . . . Avoid unless you know the person providing the massage or the quality, if you are looking for deep tissue, healing from injury.

It wasn't just an example of having a plant-based diet, he seems to be a Christian Fundamentalist. He talked at length about fermentation and related it to the whole digestive system.
