Well my wife wouldn't accept it and they finally refunded us $250. So we cancelled the contract and just had another plumbing issue and used Drain Chasers Plumbing in Georgetown and he was fantastic. When I received the invoice, I was charged for six hours of labor. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to clarify the charges, I was told that the six hours included travel time from the technicians' last job. So if their last job is five minutes away, the next customer gets charged for five minutes of labor. If, however, the technicians have to drive an hour to your job, then that cost is passed along to the next customer. I was told that "this is how every company does it." Not true! Excessively expensive. We won't be using Shureline in the future.
