What happened to my Publix?…read more This store opened and was such a breathe of fresh air from the other stores that are around. Service was GREAT! You could always find what you need, associates were helpful, REGISTERS WERE OPEN, and prices are good. Fast forward six months. Sections of shelves are empty. The staff, especially newer folks, are surly and rude. Management is never on the floor. Registers are never open! Why are there three register and only two self-check registers open at 6:30 on a Sunday?! 5-6 people in line at each register and no one is willing to open a new register? Never in my life would I think that I would feel more welcome at Walmart than at Publix. Come on Publix. You're better than this. At least you used to be.

I use to be able to visit my parents 4-6 times a year and even spent a month or two solid here a few times. However this past year or two with Covid my visits have been drastically cut down. Add having a 2-4 year old strapped to a car seat for 8 hours and most people would understand the decline is my strips north bound. Shoutout to Cierra, who delivered fast and friendly customer service. This store's atmosphere is great as well- friendly, helpful, always clean and well organized. I come to Trader Joe's primarily for their organic breads, specialty drinks and desserts, single ingredient dog treats, non-scented body products, and their chocolate chips, which are kosher, gluten free, AND DAIRY-FREE! These items prices at Trader Joe's cannot be beat, and I love that I can go to a store to pick them up the same day versus ordering something so specific online to be shipped. This location is continually busy, but long lines move quickly, and the staff seem to always have a smile on their face while they work efficiently. The parking lot is also continually busy and can become a bit congested, so have patience. Still a great Trader Joe's. If you find something you like, stock up because they may not have it next time. They have three outstanding employees; Robert (grocery), Linda (cashier) and Daniel (butcher shop.) If you shop here you won't be disappointed. 99.5% of the employees will help you in any way they can. We've been coming to this store for years and as long as United is here we will continue to shop here.
