I'm also somewhat neurotic about my camera gear. After some deep research, several references and plethora of reviews, I opted to allow this team to handle my baby. I was so nervous. Not only was there damage, but I needed it rather quickly as I had upcoming shoots scheduled. The kind of shoots where I wanted to use my best camera body. I shipped it to them, they had the parts ordered the day it arrived, the next business day it was repaired, cleaned and calibrated. I will have it in my hands tomorrow I believe. Daniel kept me updated on my camera's progress throughout the surgery and kept me apprised of any and all contingencies which we might incur. For someone like me, who dreads being photographed, it was the most uplifting experience. Mother Nature passed me over when she distributed the Photogenic gene (in my case, Father Nature...). Over my 67 years, I have come to terms with it, but alas headshots were needed for my new website. When I met with Jennifer, I made her aware of my low expectations and camera anxiety.
