We have actually…read moreworked with Sweet Mango a couple of times before this as well, for both our engagement photoshoot and our elopement photos, and they blew us away every single time with their skill, commitment, professionalism, and kindness. When it came time to find a wedding photographer for our big day, it was a no brainer! We love you, Sweet Mango! On the day of, Ricky arrived much EARLIER than we paid for, because he wanted to capture as much of the getting ready process as possible. We're super grateful for this, and he got tons of great photos we would not otherwise have! From the moment he walked into our hotel suite, he was all action, camera out, and ready to take photos. For this day, and for all of our other shoots with Sweet Mango, he gave great directions on how to pose for photos, was so creative with how he framed his shots, and flexible and adapted to the sun/weather/background and whatever other obstacles may come his way. Even though we did not get a second shooter and he single handedly had to cover the entire venue and all 100 guests at our event, including an entire lion dance troupe, he rose to the occasion and did just that and much more. I also want to take a moment and highlight the exceptional photo and color editing that Ricky and his partner Avianne do. Our photos from both previous shoots have received tons of compliments from friends and family, and although we have not yet gotten photos from our wedding, we have no doubt that they will be equally high quality and gorgeous. Ricky and Avianne, as well as Abby, are exceptionally skilled individuals. However, it's rare to also find photographers who are just as thoughtful, creative, and super, super kind. We were assigned Reena and Roderick as our main photographer and videographer, and Ben and Tuck as the secondary photographer and videographer.
