I made a pretty easy request, 'please let me know when you will physically be on my property so I can let my renters know not to be alarmed'. Did I get that note? Not a chance. Also note, that bill they send is very shady and they will keep fluffing it up as much as possible as they ignore your requests. This inappropriate practice is just how they do business.
