According to AI, fake positive reviews are rampant in the plumbing business. I also think he isn't licensed, or at least I couldn't find him in the database of NY state licensed plumbers. This company has been around for a long time with the grandfather then the father and now the sons who are all grown up. All of them Master plumbers. They do very thorough and good work and are really dedicated to getting to the root of the problem and getting the job done right. If they have to go out and get another part or spend extra time solving a problem they absolutely will! I've seen Peter give up his lunch to go pick up something he needed to do here! They've gotten busier and we've had other people here who work with Peter and they all were wonderful. In all honesty the bills are not inexpensive but plumbing never is. You have to keep in mind with plumbing that it is essentially an emergency service. What is good about this company is that they really care about doing the job right, they stand behind their work and they will always tell you the truth about what would be best for you. I call them because I have confidence that they are fixing things the right way and I won't have to have them fixed again for a long time if ever.
