Dr. Wiley is definitely not like that. He is one of the most honest dentists I've ever been to. He only takes care of the problems that need to be focused on. He is thorough and straight to the point. He's more than happy to answer any questions you may have. He's also not afraid to send you to a specialist if you need it either. His staff is also fantastic! They've always been very friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with the office workers or the dental assistants. When making an appointment, the staff gets you in quickly. And while there are patients going in and out all day long, I've never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes in the waiting room for my appointment. The entire process-from checking in, getting a cleaning, and paying-has never taken long for me. Dr. Wiley definitely doesn't seem like he likes to keep people waiting. A few years back, I went in to have an abscessed tooth check out and, after seeing how bad it was, they immediately fit me in the same day for a root canal. It was surprisingly painless! The best part was that evening, he called to check up on me and see how I was doing. He cares that much about his patients. Couldn't recommend enough!

After having two different eye exams previously, by to different eye doctors, Clarkson Eye Care in Festus and The Eye Studio in Park Hills. I was told I had cataracts in both eyes. How did the other places not see that? I told Dr Fitz I had a dark moving cloud and blurry vision in one eye real bad. He did cataract surgery on that eye successfully. It did nothing to take care of the dark cloud and now my vision is blurry again. I saw him in early June 2026 again. The time frame for him opening the door to come into my room, examining my eye, and telling me I should go to a specialist in St Louis, was 5 minutes at the most. He said he could see my problem but he couldn't fix it. I have Medicare and a supplement, so I just pay my co payment of $25. Dr Fitz and Precision Eye Care billed my insurances, $360 for this 5 minute doctor visit. That's ridiculous! Most of the office help at Precision is pretty nice but Dr Fitz really hasn't been, in my four times of seeing him. I will be going somewhere else in the future.

I arrived at 10:27 and was told that i was marked as a no show because they had texted me (wrong number that was never updated). I was finally seen, after being 2 minutes past the 10 minute grace period. I had to sit and wait for the next customer to miss the 10 minute window and then stole their spot I got my prescription and went to Fredericktown Vision Center. MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE! Just do yourselves a favor, and go there instead. Save the headache. Also, none of the staff were wearing masks besides the doctor.
