I truly don't understand how it can even be legal when the ltv is based on the money I borrowed and the current principle left. I don't know how they can keep charging PMI based on the current value, which has only obviously increased in this market. The very fact that increased is displayed on their own website. Their website is also riddled with lots of errors. Everyone I talked to get this addressed just said their hands were tied. Would even wave my August PMI due to their slow and inaccurate information they gave that caused them WEEKS to get the assessment completed. There are lots of other options out there!!
