Literally every employee at this shop takes extreme pride in their work. They love cars, they love making them shine, and they truly care about their craft. Chris did an absolutely phenomenal job. I was a bit nervous at first because of my PTSD from other detailers (having to awkwardly point out missed spots), but unlike the other detailers i've used, i barely had to explain my high standards to him. He understood the assignment. He went above and beyond to make sure that literally every spec of dust, chip crumb, dog hair, stain, dirt smear, scuff mark, and scratch was removed from my car. I cannot begin to explain how good the car looks now, both inside and out. It looks just like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor 4 years ago. This man has exceeded my expectations once again. The engine looks like this car has not seen a highway ever, even though it has 67k miles on it. Pictures don't do it any justice, this is something you have to see to believe. I dropped off the car and we did a walk around and he explained the work that will be done. I had to unattached the dog mats and other accessories. He did explain there was going to be a dog fee bc there will be extra work like shampooing and stuff. It wasn't to bad of an upcharge but I agree it was needed since ive NEVER got the insides detailed. I was really impressed how clean they got my car. They removed any evidence that a dog was inside. side note: i wonder if they can remove biological evidence at a undisclosed location and a undetermined time. But, yeah they exceeded my expectations.
