We set up a specific date and when I talked to my husband about it, he wanted to see if the dates could be switched because of military requirements. They switched it and accommodated us very nicely. Our SUV seats were shampooed excellent!! I have a dog who sheds a lot. I had done a bit of pre-cleaning before I brought the car in....and I had done such a good job with that that they were able to waive the dog hair fee. asked about getting my hood wrapped. they told me no problem they could do it for 250$. they got me…read morein the following week. AFTER getting the wrap i noticed it was PEELING and FADED. I immediately notified them and they said they could redo the wrap later in the SAME WEEK. I waited 2 weeks to hear back and finally called a few times and was told they would get me in the following Wednesday. That next Wednesday I was told they could not get me in because they still had not ordered the wrap for my car. so I had the messed up wrap removed from my car that Wednesday. After removing the wrap they ruined the paint on the hood of my car. they left giant chips and cracks in my paint due to improperly removing the wrap. I CONTINUED TO WAIT 2 months. Called and texted multiple times and never got another appointment. They stopped answering after denying me a refund. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR WRAPPING COMANY. would not recommend!!!!! They are scammers and will take your money and ruin your car!
