The seats were not wiped down and the Mats were not cleaned properly and were still dirty. Bugs all over the windshield, front grill and mirrors. Tires were dirty and had not been scrubbed before applying shine so they looked muddy. I had to use their vacuum and cleaning supplies to finish what they should have done. I hate to give a negative review but it was a subpar car wash for me.

All of these mentioned have an option to pay with your phone or via tap or card which is great and I appreciate! Everything was going smoothly until somehow the hose connected to the pressure gun busted on me while I was trying to put the gun down to switch to conditioner. I got immediate soaked and the pressure transferred to the hole which caused me a few uncomfortable cuts, not very deep or big... but nonetheless I had to stop the wash. There was no one there I could notify unfortunately as it was late on a Sunday. Thankfully I had just rinsed the car and it was not covered in soap or foam. When buying some of the vending machine items my phone was accepted once but not the second time so I had to use my physical card. Overall, I feel confident the wash could've been perfect without the hose issue so that is why I took one star off. I look forward to coming again and trying it though.

Also the blue dye crawled up my pant leg since the bottom of my pants got wet. The vacuum cleaner smelled like a giant ash tray. Hope the vacuum didn't leave the truck smelly. Overall, I should have bought equipment and hand scrubbed it. Yet the truck is fairly clean and I am grateful. It's been a day and I am still scrubbing blue dye from my hands.
