Third, the MASSAGE! Evan was absolutely spectacular. Don't judge this book by its adorable young cover - he may be new to professional massage therapy life, but this man had the hands of an angel. In our first session, with amazingly strong and gentle precise touch, she was able to release long held pain and stiffness in my cervical spine. Also, the work gave me a sense of space in my abdominal cavity, where I had felt chronically congested due to congenital scoliosis. My walking, breathing, and digestion were immediately enhanced, and I was also relieved of emotional tension. She taught me some simple self care techniques to add to my daily fitness routines that are highly effective. Sharing her knowledge easily, Caran is interested in educating her clients, and each session is an individualized wholistic experience.
